Universal Construction and Renovation – Rocky Anderson – As of April 22, 2010, federal law requires: Renovation firm certification under EPA's “Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule”; Individuals be trained in lead-safe work practices; Training providers be accredited by EPA. This law impacts ALL contractors and subs working on pre-1978 construction. Looking for businesses that will benefit from a thorough examination of their risk and protection needs from an agent who listens.
H&R Block – Helen Westmoreland – Doing the simplest things to sustain a business often get overlooked and the outcomes can be catastrophic – e.g. balancing a checkbook, having the business’ bank statement sent to the owner’s home address for review.
